John Power
As CEO of Fluence Technologies John is responsible for the strategic direction and operational execution across all areas of the company. John was CEO at Longview Solutions, a global CPM software provider, for ten years and has worked in technology for over thirty years at organizations including Andersen Consulting (Accenture) and Southam Inc. John lives in Toronto with his wife and two children.

Don Mal
As Executive Chairman of Fluence Technologies, Don is responsible for helping lead the company’s go-to-market efforts and securing long term customers and partners while ensuring a high level of corporate governance. Most recently Don was the co-founder and CEO of Vena Solutions, a SaaS Finance Process Solutions company where he led the growth of the company to over 300 employees with 700 customers worldwide. Previously Don spent 20 years leading sales and marketing at various B2B software companies including Clarity Systems, an IBM company.

Bogdan Baliuc
As CTO of Fluence Technologies, Bodgan is responsible for architecting, managing and delivering the Fluence SaaS platform. Previously, Bogdan was the CEO and CTO of Obero, a SaaS company dedicated to Sales Performance Management that was subject to a strategic acquisition by Xactly in 2018. Overall, Bogdan brings 20 years of leadership experience in the areas of Performance Management, Business Intelligence and Enterprise Resource Planning, across various platforms.

Shobha Lee
As Director of Business Development at Fluence, Shobha leads the team that builds a pipeline of sales opportunities for account executives, conducting and managing the sales cycle process from initial contact through to initial qualification. She works closely with the marketing team and SVP of Growth on strategy, territory planning and messaging.

Jason Burke
With over 20 years of experience, Jason excels in providing operational and financial expertise to rapidly growing companies. Since founding Positive Venture Group in 2015, Jason has directly supported more than 30 growth stage businesses as CFO or COO, with a strong focus on Cloud Software Businesses. With a deep understanding of Cloud offerings and the challenges of growth, Jason has applied best practices consistently and successfully supported more that $200M of equity, debt and non-dilutive funding.

Hervé Capo
As Vice President (VP) of Product, Hervé has developed the engine that powers Fluence and helps our clients meet their financial consolidation challenges . He is dedicated when it comes to helping customers and finding ways to do things more efficiently. Previously Hervé has designed and developed the financial consolidation engines for IBM (Consolidator & Controller), OutlookSoft now SAP BPC and Clarity Systems (IBM). His goal has always been to ensure the technology is powerful, modern and intelligent yet easy to use on a daily basis.

Guy Ménard
Guy Ménard has been working in the Consolidation and Planning space since 1994, in a variety of roles including Architect, Director Professional Services, Account Executive and Vice President Product Management. In his current role with Fluence, Guy is responsible for defining the product roadmap and vision for our Consolidation product line and leads our Solutions group. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from the University of Ottawa as well as CPA and PMP professional.

Josh Mal
As SVP of Growth at Fluence, Josh leads both marketing and sales efforts. With over 10 years of executive leadership experience at Clarity Systems, IBM and Vena Solutions (where he was the 1st employee). He works closely with the CEO and Executive Chairman on strategy, messaging, culture and mission. He is excited to have the opportunity to effect positive change in others by taking a common interest among team members and transforming it into a passionately shared goal.

Corey Bidmead
As VP Business Development and Solutions Engineering at Fluence, Corey leads both partner strategy and pre-sales. Corey brings over 25 years of experience in the FPA / CPM market, including holding leadership roles at IBM, Vena Solutions and Clarity Systems. He works closely with the Fluence Executive team to deliver a unified Customer product experience and Partner delivery excellence to ensure prospects and customers alike benefit from the unique benefits that the Fluence solution can provide.
